For over 45 years, Melrose Constructions has been delivering high-quality building and renovation services across Adelaide.

As a family-owned business led by brothers Ches and Nic, along with Ches's son Emilio, we bring generations of experience, knowledge, and craftsmanship to every project.

Ches is the foundation of the business. His depth of knowledge and commitment to quality have shaped the standard we're known for today. Nic, also a highly skilled tiler, brings extensive experience and the same dedication to precision and quality workmanship. Emilio continues the family tradition with over 20 years in the tiling industry and a strong reputation for detail and excellence.

Our team is made up of fully qualified, licensed and insured trades. We service all areas of Adelaide and offer free quotes, site measures and guidance to help bring your ideas to life.
